Location
of the Alsace Region
As stated on the welcome page, the Alsace is a region of France
located between the Vosges Mountains (France), Germany and
Switzerland.
The
Alsace is one of the smallest region of France by its size.
As you can see on the map below, Alsace is located at the
north-east corner of France.

Thanks
to 3 airports located in the area (Strasbourg Airport, Basel-Mulhouse
Airport, Baden Baden Airport), the Alsace Region is rather
easy to reach.
Other
ways to travel to the Alsace Region are the train (Eurostar
to Paris and then TGV or normal train Paris-Strasbourg at
Gare de l'Est) and the car.
If
you plan to rent a car for the time of your stay in the Alsace
Region, I would recommend that you travel with Ryanair (low
cost airline), from London Stansted to Karlsruhe Baden Baden.
Baden Baden is a city located in Germany but situated only
40 minutes away by car from Strasbourg.
